There are other vessels operating allowing up to 13 using a legal loophole that transfers all legal liability to you as the charterer. We are fully certified, insured and completely legally capable of carrying up to 20 passengers on "Smooth C's" or 6 passengers on "Victory" without exposing you to additional liability by resorting to the questionable interpretation of the law these less than legal vessels attempt to use.

Rates shown below are for the 26 foot Key West center console "Victory" Rates include a USCG Master Captain, Fuel, bottled water and ice. These are base rates which may subject to additional fees based on your chosen itinerary, pickup location, special event, etc. Charter Rates:
We are located in the St Pete Beach area, and have multiple locations we can pick you up in the Tampa Bay Area. Rates do not include 7% state sales tax, or $250 security deposit. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. We provide a cooler with ice and bottled water. Rates are subject to change based upon special events, fuel costs and other considerations. Boarding 15 minutes prior to departure is included in pricing above. This is more than enough for most parties, however if you feel you need more time, please let us know and we can provide dockside options and pricing. Charter Requirements: In order to contract the vessel, you must be at least 25 years old. A signed charter agreement and 25% non-refundable deposit are required to guarantee your charter date/time. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to your cruise date. If booking within thirty days of cruising, all monies are due at the time of contracting. Payments may be made online, through our secure payment processor, with any major credit card. While we are fully insured and legal as a charter vessel, unfortunately, neither our own insurance nor any insurance that we are aware of will cover you once off of our vessel - including at the beach or when swimming. ALL GUESTS will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your cruise if you plan a beach trip or plan to swim off the vessel at any time during your charter. Guests also assume all liability for consumption of alcoholic beverages. As a smaller vessel we do not have a true "head" (restroom), however in the case of emergencies, we do have a "porta-potty" inside the spacious console with enough room for most guests to stand up. |
