Victory

Victory is our newest vessel, a 26' Key West Center Console built in 2024. Available now for private charter for up to 6 passengers. 

Victory's availability is currently very limited, and we may not be available for every date or event. 

The Victory is a perfect vessel for smaller parties for beach days, dolphin watching, destination dining, romantic sunset and beautiful bridge light cruises.

"Victory", a brand new Key West 263 FS Center Console available for dolphin watching, sunset cruises and other captained tours on Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas. 

This model is focused on comfort and safety. This vessel has more seating - and more comfortable seating - than other vessels in its class. In addition, for safety, the hulls are fully foam filled up to the gunnels, providing more buoyancy for an unsinkable boat.

We are federally documented with a Coastwise Endorsement to operate as a commercial vessel. While this is documentation and endorsement is necessary to legally operate a for hire vessel, very few other "charter" vessels actually hold this endorsement, and instead pass the liability off to you as a "bareboat" or "demise" charter. Any charter vessel you see listed elsewhere that says they can offer you 12-13 passengers most likely does so by using legal loopholes which make you responsible for the vessel as a temporary owner, despite the actions or qualifications of the captain. We never operate any of our vessels this way, and would never pass our responsibility for the safe operation of the vessel to you.

Because the same crew operates both "Victory" and our USCG Inspected Passenger Vessel the "Smooth C's", our crew are held to a much higher safety standard than any other similar vessels, and we regularly train with the USCG.

Fuel is included!* - this is usually extra on a smaller vessel like "Victory"
We also provide a cooler with ice and bottled water. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages with you. 

For safety - NO GLASS, NO SMOKING, NO FLAME

While we are fully insured and legal as a charter vessel, unfortunately, neither our own insurance nor any insurance that we are aware of will cover you once off of our vessel - including at the beach or when swimming. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your cruise if you plan a beach trip or plan to swim off the vessel at any time during your charter. Guests also assume all liability for consumption of alcoholic beverages. 

As a smaller vessel we do not have a true "head" (restroom), however in the case of emergencies, but we do have a very nice bucket with toilet seat inside the spacious console with enough room for most guests to stand up.

*Nearly all of our cruises include fuel, however occasionally itineraries on Victory may call for an exceptionally high fuel burn and may be subject to a fuel surcharge
