Smooth C's Yacht Charter Rates in Tampa Bay
If you're planning on cruising or sailing in Florida aboard a crewed chartered vessel, and have more than six passengers, USCG regulations require an inspected passenger vessel.
There are other vessels operating allowing up to 13 using a legal loophole that transfers all legal liability to you as the charterer. We are fully certified, insured and completely legally capable of carrying up to 20 passengers without exposing you to additional liability by resorting to the questionable interpretation of the law these less than legal vessels attempt to use.

Rates shown below are for the Coast Guard Certified, Smooth C's, a 43-foot Viking Motor Yacht, departing from downtown Saint Petersburg, Florida. Rates include a USCG Master Captain, Mate, Fuel bottled water and ice. Weekends require a three-hour charter minimum Some holidays or Special Events (Gasparillia, fireworks, etc) may be subject to different rates. Relocation options may be available (additional fees will apply) PLEASE NOTE: Due to USCG regulations, we do not permit swimming from Smooth C's and only allow passengers to disembark from a commercial dock. Charter Rates:
PARKING IS FREE at our home port in Downtown St Petersburg. We are the only legal charter yacht in the area with free on site parking! Rates do not include 7% state sales tax, 15% crew gratuity, or $250 security deposit. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks or contract with one of our preferred caterers. We provide bottled water, ice, coffee/hot tea/hot cocoa, paper and plastic items. Rates are subject to change based upon special events, fuel costs and other considerations. Boarding 15 minutes prior to departure is included in pricing above. This is more than enough for most parties, however if you feel you need more time, please let us know and we can provide dockside options and pricing. Charter Requirements: In order to contract the vessel, you must be at least 25 years old. A signed charter agreement and 25% non-refundable deposit are required to guarantee your charter date/time. The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to your cruise date. If booking within thirty days of cruising, all monies are due at the time of contracting.
